The SPF Company is a family owned business which was established in April 2015. Originally, the name was SPF Printing & More, LLC. In 2018, the company was rebranded and services were expanded into The Gambia, West Africa.
Over the past years, we have been serving business clients across different sectors located in the United States, Europe and Africa. Until today, we are still serving and maintaining business relationships with our clients.
Our goal is to help our client’s business grow by providing marketing, consulting, design and other services. We strive to build trusting relationship with our clients and set high priority on doing what is right for them. My name is Sainabou (Bah) Faal commonly known as Sai Faal; married with two kids. I am a Gambian – born and raised in Kanifing, The Gambia. I resided in the state of Minnesota, United States for nearly 20 years.
While residing in the state of Minnesota, I earned my degree in Master of Science in Management Information Systems; Bachelor of Science in International Business. I worked in different business sectors ranging from sales, banking, marketing, business consulting, and compliance and licensing procedures. In 2015, I founded a business entity by the name of SPF Printing and More LLC. The business focused on helping small, midsize and non-profit organizations to grow their businesses. Over the years, I was determined to learn, research, ask questions to better improve my creativity skills to expand the business.
I like to help people and build an everlasting relationship that is why providing excellent customer service is important to me. I have the ability to effectively execute and deliver results to meet my customer’s needs. Moreover, I possess great intercultural competence where I am confident in interacting with diverse population.
My goal is to continue to provide exceptional customer service to my clients from the time of initial contact to service production. The bottom line is to provide a “WOW” experience!
